Terms + Conditions

The terms and conditions listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between customers and Hayley McSporran. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. By ordering any item from us you are accepting these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.

Orders

All orders made are subject to our approval and product availability. Despite our best efforts, items on our site may occasionally be mispriced. Hayley McSporran shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hayley McSporran shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Hayley McSporran shall promptly inform you and credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

It is possible however that we will on occasion be unable to fulfil your order immediately. If this is the case we will inform you immediately with details of any delays or issues there may be.

Please note that every care is taken in maintaining this website but errors and omissions in the information, availability and prices may occur. We will try to show actual product pictures where possible but some may be for illustrative purposes only.

All items purchased from Hayley McSporran are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on any order form is complete and accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete, misleading or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter. The customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish or use in any manner any item / content on the website.

Content Use

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, the aesthetic of the site, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content as described are the property of their respective owner. Any reproduction or creation of derivative work from Hayley McSporran is prohibited.

Payment

All credit and charge holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised we will not dispatch the order and will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of orders.
