Shipping + Returns
Orders
Every item is handmade to order after payment has been made in full. Please allow up 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of your piece once ordered. We will aim to get this to you sooner but can differ depending on demand and which country you are ordering from.
Please refer to the size guide provided before placing an order.
Delivery
Hayley McSporran ships worldwide. Every item is sent with a tracked and signed for service. Hayley McSporran is not responsible for any delays or lost packages outwith our control.
Delivery Estimates
UK - 2-3 days once posted.
Europe - 5-7 days once posted.
Rest of the world - 7- 14 days once posted.
EU & International delivery
Please note that EU and International packages may be subject to local taxes or custom fees which are required to be paid by the customer. Packages may require opening and inspection from custom authorities.
Custom Orders
We offer a custom service on pieces from the collection meaning that if you want to change the length or details on any garment within reason we can certainly do that for you. If you are looking for a size that is not available on the website please get in touch as we can make to measure.
A bespoke service is also available if you have an idea for a garment that coincides with our aesthetic we can help bring that idea to reality.
For custom orders or request please email us here stating custom order in the subject line.
Please note that custom orders are non refundable.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Hayley McSporran item. If the fit is not desired we can alter this for you depending on the item or offer an exchange if this is not suitable.
In the rare occurrence a return will be required from a made to order item, you have 28 days from the receipt of parcel to return any items in an unworn, re-sellable condition with tags attached.
Refunds will not be granted until a full inspection of the garment has been made to ensure it has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
Refunds will be made to the same Paypal /bank account/credit card used at time of purchase.
Please send your return items in the original packaging with a tracking service as Hayley McSporran cannot take any responsibility for lost parcels.
